It's snowing here in north Alabama, this is the first time we've seen this much snow since the early 90s. Everything closes when we have even the slightest mention of a snowflake. Roads close, grocery stores are emptied, automobile wrecks left and right, and everyone panics. It's a perfect day to cook! I've been a cooking manic since 9 this morning. No kidding, a manic. Started with blueberry muffins, and an omelet (ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions, and crystal hot sauce). Next I made a blueberry tart, and finished with brisket and black bean nachos. It's almost time for the BCS National Championship game. Tell me this: Why do boyfriends believe a football game is the most important moment of their lives? Roll Tide Roll though.
