Since my ultimate goal is to move to New Orleans I've been reminding (or you can call it motivating) myself every so often with Cafe Du Monde beignets in the morning. Delicious.

    Drive to New Orleans, go to Cafe du Monde and buy the beignets mix. Then add water :) I'm sure there's a recipe online though!
